Good mornin' y'all, and Merry Christmas. Happy holidays if you really don't want to hear Christmas.
Now, I had a long post planned yesterday, and I still do, but not over my original topic. Instead of stating how thankful -I- am, I figure already did that, I'm going to say how lucky we all are. The fact that you're reading this right now should be proof enough. Some other people/ponies in the world aren't as lucky. I'm not saying you have to go out right now and give them all your money, but I'm saying you shouldn't look down on them. They are people/ponies just like you that are struggling. Maybe give them a helping hand/hoof.
All I'm saying this year is look over at your family. Your friends. The presents you might have gotten this morning. The ceiling above your head. The keyboard that you're typing on. Hell, even the pages that have become your friends on here. Just say thank you. I don't care to who, just say it. If you truly are thankful for the things you have, you'll realize how important each thing is to you. Don't be disappointed you didn't get one thing you wanted but instead, be happy for the things that you DID get.
And most importantly, if all else fails, look at yourself. In your entire life, no matter what happens, the last thing you have is yourself. And I don't mean in the narcissistic manner, I mean the morals, values, and talents you possess shall always be yours and yours only. Every single one of you are just as important as the other and are just as different, but only if you allow yourself to be.
This is Tuner, wishing you a Merry Christmas, happy holidays, and a wishful New Year.
