Physical Appearance: Normal sized Pony. White coat with blond hair cut very short and brown eyes. His cutie mark is a long fiery con trail ending at a distant moon. His Hair is often disheveled and wild, with various scorch-marks and burns all over.
He's often wearing a white button down shirt with a thing black tie. In the pocket of the shirt is an ever present slide rule and pens.
History: They say some ponies are born before their time. This is something Spec feels all the time, especially when one has the talent of Rocketry. Spec grew up with the love of fireworks in his heart. The problem really started when he found an old story about a pony who traveled to and walked on the moon. Not being a unicorn and not wishing to be banished there like the old mares tale, his mind eventually hit on the idea of using a gargantuan firework to send a pony to the moon. About 15 years of research and tests, and he's still a long way off from a ponied launch, but he has built machine capable of flying faster and higher than and Pegasus. But its a long way to the moon.
Personality wise; He's a pony possessed. He's always working to the next stage, the next part of his gargantuan plan to land on that distant celestial sphere. That said, of course he has friends and does some normal things with them, just every so often he'll launch a missile. He'd talk your ear off on almost any subject, and he is a bit of a joker, but when it comes to his dreams he'll sober up right quick.
